I've tried rebooting the sky box through the on line instructions,but it isn't working properly.it is telling me there is a problem with the hard drive
I can't get talking to an operator or engineer to get it fixed,but I'm sure I'm still getting charged full monthly subscription ,which is full package

This is like pulling teeth
all I want is to speak with someone who knows what to do to fix my sky box

Generally there are only two actions you can take to try to fix hard disk problems, as explained here. A full System Reset will delete everything from your Planner, so try the Rebuild first.
If neither solves the problem, the hard disk has failed and you'll need to replace the box. Two options: either buy a used box from the likes of ebay, or upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream.
