I want to arrange for an engineer visit as I have no satellite signal for several weeks now and jave tried all the tips given online.
Unfortunately I cannot find a way to do thst as all phone numbers lead to messaging here.

You will only get a Sky installation engineer visit if you have Sky Proctect Insurance, and you will have to phone Sky to arrange a visit😉
Alternative arrange a visit by an independent installer🙁

Although Sky themselves no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, as already stated, if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or contact Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).

Thanks. I've arranged for an upgrade to SkyQ now so hopefully all will be OK after that.
