I have no red button showing on SKy Sports + (412)

I want to watch the EFL on sky sports + but I can only see the game that has been chosen as the main one. I keep seeing red button being mentioned but there is no red button on my screen. I thought this was just a glitch but it seems to be permanent.

My box is sky HD

Sky+ customers (where you've posted) cannot receive red button games. Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop).
