I have bought a refurbished sky + HD box installed with my view card but not pairing

I have connect the replacement box using my viewing card. It won't connect to the sky channels that so describe to and I am getting a message saying cp04 in the top corner and the message is Request was successful your channels will be available shortly but 2 hours on nothing is happening any suggestions?

All Sky viewing cards are locked to the Sky box they were paired with at the end of October 2024, you can no longer pair them to a different box

 

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q (all issues will be fixed during a Sky Q install), Sky Glass and Sky Stream

Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky. Still call Sky to discuss your options moving forward which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.
