I have channel 412 on my sports menu but cant access the Carabo cup match menu. I have sky plus. Do I need sky Q. ?

@Chris1953 Yes you need either sky Q , glass or stream

alternatively use the sky sports mobile app on phone or tablet but not pc laptop or mac

Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop)
