To watch Netflix via your Sky box, you would need to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream.

For broadband (internet) you'll need a subscription to Sky Broadband. Sky will send you a broadband Hub.

You need Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to take advantage of Neflix by Sky or you could use another device (Fire TV stick, Roku, Games Console, Smart TV etc...) and use Neflix via that and sub directly to Netflix (Sky is not needed for Netflix access)
