I have a sky+hd box but in the last 4-6 weeks keep receiving a technical issue message

Technical issue message when trying to view itv 1 or itv2 on sky+hd set up or get pixilated screen

Most likely your dish has moved out of alignment. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ systems unless you have Sky Protect,  so you would need to engage a local satellite engineer to take a look for you.  Alternatively now might be the time to consider upgrading to Sky Q.
