I have a problem with on demand , it asks me to upgrade my subscription but I have hd

It askd me to upgrade, I went to services, options, customise and tried different options for on demand download . The programme I wish to download is on a channel included in my subscription and I tried sd and hd versions

That might be your issue if what you are watching is part of the boxset package (as you would need the Signature package) so what are you trying to download and watch ?
