I want to retain a Sky + along with my 2 Sky Q boxes. The viewing card on my Sky + stopped working after an hour of being swapped for one of the Sky Q boxes because the viewing card became deactivated. Could my current Sky+ card be reactivated or a new Sky + card be issued and be able to operate along with the current Sky Q account or would there be an extra charge incurred.

You can't reactivate a Sky+ subscription. Sky no longer offer them.

@noelmartin53 In addition to that already posted, you can't have 2 different subs under the same address, it's either Sky Q or Sky+HD, not both.
