When I ordered Sky I informed the salesman I had two Tvs that I wanted to receive Sky on. I have received one Sky box and one remote, do I need the same for the second TV
My current Virgin setup does have 2 of each

Yes, but unless you specifically ordered the appropriate Multiscreen or Whole Home subscription supplement and hardware, you aren't going to get that.
You've posted in the Sky+ forum, which almost certainly isn't appropriate. Have you received a Sky Q or a Sky Stream box?

Yes, that's right. Whole Home doesn't include a separate Puck for your second tv. It has to be ordered additionally.

'Whole Home', presumably.
Just ordering the subscription add-on doesn't get any particular number of viewing devices.
