I had to cancel my Sky q upgrade. Now sky+ box not working

I suspect the sky+ card has been cancelled as I have the new Sky Q card. Sky Q upgrade not until July. How do I get my sky + box back working?

Your suspicions are most likely correct. Just use your Sky Q card in place of your Sky+card, and pair the card with your box.

Thanks, good to know but I followed the instructions to re-pair the card already in the sky+ box and that worked a treat. back in business
