I cannot watch episode 3 of series 2 of White Lotus. It says I need to upgrade

it says I have to upgrade but I already have that service

If you are trying to download via the Sky Go app you need Sky Go Extra on your account for this so if you do no have this can you stream this episode instead ?

Thanks for your replies. My issue applies to my sky plus boxes in my house
