I can’t recover purchased movies to new Sky+ box.

I had a new Sky+ box install last week as the old one gave up! I now can't recover purchased movies, as the message says I need to connect to broadband to download them. However I can download from on demand and from the sky go app, so I'm assuming I'm connected? I'm on a 4g broadband network as I live remote and that's the only thing that works. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks

Find your purchase library on the Sky Store or the Sky Store App (if you have access to it) and use the button to send the movies to your Sky Box
