I had a new Sky+ box install last week as the old one gave up! I now can't recover purchased movies, as the message says I need to connect to broadband to download them. However I can download from on demand and from the sky go app, so I'm assuming I'm connected? I'm on a 4g broadband network as I live remote and that's the only thing that works. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks
