Can't download anything from bbc1 and 2,3 and 4 are fine,I have sky hd,I can watch live tv no bother,just can't do catchup,but is has todays on screen,any ideas?

I just received this response from viewerr but not sure what they are talking about as just downloaded 12 episodes of Springwatch on BBC2.

You cannot watch BBC channels live via Sky Go - you need to use the BBC iPlayer app for that, but you can see what's on BBC channels on the TV Guide.

same thing with me trying to download forensics csi from tuesday but page is blank on bbc2 bbc1 yesterday blank as well, can download bb1+bbc2 programs today(weds)mallother chanels are fine did a sky reboot but still blank.

It's weird! It seems that when you go to yesterday on screen,it is always blank,yet other days seem ok.

yep same on my  tv's sky+ box blank screen on yesterdays listings, must be sky.

Have you tried using the Sky Go or Sky+ apps to download to your box instead ?

Also try searching on your boxes for the program as the chances are you will find them within the search results.

Still nothing on BBC1 and 2 except today but as you say using search instead of catch up works but Sky are denying anything is wrong.

Response received from Sky.At least they are now ackowledging there is a problem.

I've had a look at Sky+ on our end and able to replicate the issues that you are facing with BBC Catch Up. I can understand this being very frustrating not being able to catch up via days for BBC programmes.

I've raised this off to our support teams to investigate this further. They'll work to have this resolved which we hope will be as soon as possible.
