I can not see the full picture on the screen.

I'm using a sky hd plus box.

So the picture is too far up on the screen, so that im not seeing a full picture.

it happened once before a couple of years ago,but I forget how it was fixed

First thing to try is the usual switch off at the plug for at least 4 minutes.
