I can download love island, it says i need to upgrade my subscription

Can anyone help? I'm unable to download on my box it says I need to upgrade subscription. What does it mean by this

It means Sky think you don' t have the correct subscription for the programme you are downloading

 

For example Box Sets, HD etc...
