I am unable to watch any catch up TV with the error message advising me to upgrade my subscription!

I have an error message advising to upgrade my subscription to watch catch up! I have been watching catch up for years until yesterday! Can anyone help please

Yes I do. It's only stopped working since yesterday.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Had the same problem for months now, I had rung Sky about another issue was then asked if I wanted to go Sky Q I said I'm happy with my Sky+ but within hours I can't download catchup 🤔 I've decided I'm off when my contract is up they are no help as I've also rung and they are saying it's my broadband provider which has been checked and is ok can i add.

@MR66 as per the reply to your previous posts, it's a known issue affecting a small number of customers. Sky are investigating but after several months, there's still no solution yet.
