I am paying for Sky Sports Action but the channel has disappeared!

I am paying for Sky Sports Action but the channel has disappeared!
I've called sky and taking to a call centre in India and they do not know the answer, said they will call me back!!
Trying to watch the Wigan v HULL KR game tonight (Fri 6th Sept @ 20:00) which is advertised on Sky Sports news as being on Sky Sports Action as well as the new SkySports+ chanell which I cannot get as only have the Sky+ box and cannot get the red buttons programs without broadband connection.
But what has happened to Sky Sports Action which I am paying extra for as part of my signature package!?
Sky Chat is unavailble for some reason and the call centre in India has no clue either!!??

SKY Sports Actin is no longer and has been replaced by SKY Sports+

If you subscribed to SKY SPorts Action as a single sports channel then I believe you should have received an email detailing what would be happening and options going forward.. 

Are you able to check if you received such an email ?

SKY Sports + is a mixture of a single Linear channel and the use of the SKY Sports app to stream alternative games but to use it you need the full Sports pack and, as they are streamed, a suitable internet connection.

I though Sky Sports Arena changed to Sky Sports+ HD and Sky Sports Action recently changed to Sky Sports NFL HD?

Thanks for your reply... No email has been received.
Thanks and what a shame they want extra 22 pounds a month just for me to watch the odd rugby league game which was shown as part of my signature package a few weeks ago!
I have no interest in other sports.
I cannot take advantage of the SKYSPORTS+ channel as the red button (where the majority of rugby league matches are shown) is only an option if you have broadband, which I do not.
What askame we cannot have a dedicated Rugby channel for League and Union, like other sports, now that would be worth paying extra for!

Although @costablanca I think that the Rugby is now limited with the changes mantioned regarding the launch of SKY Sports +  - there have been a few discussions regarding Rugby coverage

Edit : the Wigan / Hull Game is on the new SPorts+ linear channel but I am not sure you will be able to access it

I believe that the email contained a very favourable offer price to upgrade to the full Sports Package so that you could still watch the content on the new linear channel.
