Sky no longer deploy an engineer for Sky+ / Sky+HD issues. If your issue needs an engineer they will advise you of this and recommend you change your subscription to Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream.

An alternative might be to buy a cable extension kit long enough to suit the new position of your Sky box, They're available from main hardware stores such as B&Q.

And widely available online in assorted lengths: just be sure to look for satellite rather than aerial extension.
