I am connected to Sky but On Demand has stopped working
I have changed broadband suppliers. Sky is working but On Demand is not. I'm not being given the option to change Broadband providers on the set up. Amy ideas please?

Try using the WPS button on the front panel of your Sky box and within 30 seconds pressing the WPS button on your new router.

Thanks. That hasn't worked. Message on screen says ' already connected to Ethernet so port can't be used'
