I used to use Sky.com/quick fix to pair sky viewing card to another box (still at main address) this page no longer seems to be available and any link I have found (activate etc) just loops back to the first page with no opportunity to add any details. The only customer service number I found sent me a link to this help forum!
Help would really be appreciated!

Hi @Tina551 It has recently come to our attention that :- From 29 October, you won’t be able to pair a viewing card to new/different Sky+ or Sky+HD boxes.
You will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor with regards to updating to either SKYQ, SKY Glass or SKY Stream.

Thank you Mark for the quick response, unfortunately that link seems to be broken, it just keeps looping back to previous page! I am wondering if Sky longer supports this as the Sky+ box is quite an old system! But I still need to pair the card!

Thank you for your reply but the box is not connected to the internet or phone line, do you know the telephone number to call? And out of interest do you know what happened to the Sky.com/quickfix option? That was so simple!

I will certainly post on here if I manage to resolve this! I have a telephone number but really had other things to do today other than put myself in a queue! I rather suspect that if I threaten to cancel my Sky subscription, I might get an answer!

So Sky is happy for subscribers to buy replacement Sky+ HD boxes only to find they can not be activated😔
