House flooded and need to move out

Our house flooded due to burst pipe.  No electricity or water so had to move out.

can you pause sky as I don't want to pay for something I can't get?

@Geo54  Sky won't pause accounts 

 

your options are too either keep paying, reduce subscription provided you are not in contract or cancel provided your not in contract 

 

note you have posted on the sky plus board so if you do indeed have sky plus and cancel you won't be able to resubscribe and will need to upgrade to one of sky's current services sky Q glass or stream to continue receiving sky tv services

You will still have access to Sky Go whilist you are living elsewhere.
