What error message are you seeing? Does the kitchen tv have its own Sky box?

Check the cables from the Sky box to the dish

Yes the kitchen tv has its own sky box. We've tried all the online tips, switching off and checking the cables. It has an error message of either no signal or sky initiating

If you see nothing obvious the you'll need to call someone out to diagnose the issue
