Hi ,problem with sky had box .box won’t connect to router through Wi-Fi .it was ok 2 days ago ,!!

Won't connect box to router .tried all reconnect ways ,nothing is working it was fine before now nothing ,can't watch catch up to just keeps saying .the wps light on sky+had  doesn't seem to light up anymore when pressing .

Do you have Sky Q or Sky+HD @Bazman14 ?

Sky+hd box ,wps light not working and will not connect to router .all other Wi-Fi dev all ok just sky box not connected ,

@Bazman14 have you tried switching off your Sky boxat the plug for 4 minutes?

Have you tried rebooting the box at the mains then trying to connect it up ?

Tried that ,no internet light coming on inbox ,left it all night and reconnect this morning but still won't connect to router .no problem with router all other devices working fine

What else have you tried? No point wasting your time with other suggestions you may already have tried.

Have gone through everything .thinking now maybe the box is goosed.(or)the sky box on startup doesn't say sky initialating please wait .
