Hi There, my Sky wireless connector box is not working. I’m getting no power to it all at.

 serial number and pin of my wireless connector. I'm just getting no power from it

Have you tried rebooting your Sky+ box while it is still plugged into it ?

@ScottBrown  if I remember correctly an SC201 has a separate plug-in power supply. On the face of it, either,the plug in power adaptor or,the SC201 itself has failed.

@ScottBrown If it needs replacing, your best bet is ebay.

As @oj01 indicates, there are multiple such units on eBay for a few pounds.

 

The Sky+/Sky+ HD platform is now antique (last manufactured 2015) and Sky largely no longer offers hardware support for it: they will simply advise migration to Sky Q.
