Have main sky HD+ box in one room and one multu room with all channels able to record and live pause, working fine. Second multi room suddenly stopped being able to record or live pause.
Have removed and wiped/cleaned viewing card
Unplugged all devices and rebooted
Reset sky+ box and completed the rebuild.
Please note this happene to another boxI have and a sky engineer had to do a refresh my system.

you will likely have to source a replacement box off the web or upgrade to sky q
sky no longer provide engineer support or replacement hardware for Sky plus

Thank you for your reply the refresh was done over the phne it took 2 minutes, are you saying they will not provide this level of support. He reset my account .

Give Sky a call and you should be ok. You might want to have the Viewing Card number handy for the box which has lost the record/live pause functions
