As we 're customers here,  we can't tell you. I'd give Sky a call to check and add if you wish. Note that you can't watch the Sy Sports + streams on a Sky+ box.

@John404  If you have a complete sky sports subscription you have access to the linear sky sports plus channel on 412 only

The additional streams are not available because the functionality is not available via sky plus boxes

you can still watch via the Sky Sports mobile app via mobile devices (phone and tablet ) but not pc laptop or Mac

Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop).
