HELP! Sky+ has stopped working and when I log in to my account its my old address from 3+ years ago

I need to talk to a human at Sky as my Sky+ has stopped working and the details on my Sky account are incorrect including the address - I moved 3 + years ago and I am elderly and on my own. I am feeling super anxious and don't know what to do to talk to someone

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

You haven't said in what way it's not working? Sky will provide telephone advice and troubleshooting but as stated by @Annie+UK Sky+ is no longer supported by Sky and they won't send an engineer if it requires one. You'd have to enlist the help of a local satellite company at your own expense (or contact Sky to discuss upgrading to Sky Q / Stream / Glass).
