HD Channels not working and suggesting I need to go to skyviewing.com to upgrade
Yet I have a full HD subcription. Chat service said to call Technical and automated service gave link to this. Crazy - I need to speak to Sky Technical Support to fix not to other users. Can someone help?

Does your billing show you're paying for the HD add-on? Does this apply to all HD channels? On Demand and live?

Thanks for replying Mark. I finally found a tel number through skyviewinghelp.com with a human on the other end and took him 5 seconds to push the HD offering back through the box. Shame I wasted 3 hours using the virtual assistant and live chat function who were no help and ultimately gave me a generic Technical Support number which when you call says everyone is on training so call back another time. For £120 month it's s shambles. Thanks again for taking the time to respond. Cheers Ian

Glad you've got it fixed. I've had some frustrating encounters with so called virtual assistants (not Sky's in my case) in the past too. They can't cope with anything but the most straightforward, common queries....
