Got no tv or to guide & can’t watch programmes the I have recorded

To was ok Friday morning...went out for day, when I came home in evening & put to on screen was blue. Pressed the button for to guide & it said no listings!! Tried to watch previous recording on planner...programme name came up & said watching...but no picture!!

I've just looked on now & programmes that had been programmed to record are saying that the recordings have failed!! I'm left with just a blue screen

Highlight a failed recording in your Planner and press i on your remote. The reason for failure will be shown on screen. What does it say?
