I've just returned home after a week's holiday and my satellite signal is not working. Have tried all the advice re turning box off and restarting, checking for obstructions on dish etc, but no luck as yet. Do I need to book an engineer visit or has anyone else experienced this and knows why it has happened? Everything was absolutely fine when we left and the only thing that changed whilst we were away is that our internet was turned off but surely this wouldn't have affected the satellite signal? Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Thanks, will try to contact them as dish has been checked and there doesn't appear to have been any movement on it.
