Got Sky Sports but not SS plus so no red button so can't get all Champiionship matches on Sky.

(1) I'm paying £76.50 per month but don't seem to have Sky Sports Plus which you say is available at no extra cost.

(2) Do I really need to be paying this much, I only want Sky Sports.

Take a look at the breakdown of your package. You need a minimum of the base pack which currently is Signature and a Sky Sports add-on. By what you've posted anything else isn't needed.
