Friday 14th Nov 2025 - Sky* box only partially working - cannot see Sky Tennis or TNT sports channel
Today our Sky+ box was not working. We put this down to the weather - Storm Claudia - protracted heavy rain. We pressed the yellow button to reset the box. Eventually most channels returned, but NOT Sky Tennis or the some of theTNT sports channels, and BBC2. It has stayed this way all evening. Any suggestions/explanations out there? Thanks - Ian
Any error message on the screen such as being affected by no satellite signal?

Hi Daniel 0210, yes, about half the channels are working, but when we switch to the ones that don't work, we get the message about not receiving the satellite signal. It tells us to press the yellow button to fix it. We have done this, but it makes no difference.
It might be that the dish has moved slightly due to the weather yesterday so as Sky do not support Sky+ systems anymore you will have to arrange a local company to come out. If you do speak to Sky they will insist on you upgrading to Sky Q.

Also, if you have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a previous post on here stated they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.
