Free to air Indian Channels

Hello, 

We possess a free-to-air Sky Plus HD box. Recently, we have encountered problems with the box failing to display all the Indian free-to-air channels. Does anyone have insight into the cause of this issue? We have performed a soft reset, completed the necessary software updates, and even executed a hard reset. Although the box functioned properly for a short period afterward, the problem has recurred. Could this be attributed to a malfunction of the box itself or a signal-related issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What's the error message when you try to tune to one of the affected channels?

We just get a channel unavailable. regardless of whichindian channel we are trying to watch

I suspect the most likely scenario is that they're no longer available via Sky+.

The old non-HD Sky+ boxes can no longer receive a lot of channels but the first post mentions Sky+ HD which isn't affected.

What channels can you not view, so what number are they in the TV Guide ?

i thought that, but we have some friends that are still getting those channels  - so either they are getting through them slowly or there is a fault with our box?

we get all the standard freeview one but we are missing 762, 761, 760 and around those channels. Apparently they've all started working again now which is really strange!
