Free sky store movie

After the issue last week. Sky have offered me a free sky store movie. Unfortunately, they identified me as a Sky Q customer but I'm Sky+ and the option isn't available on Sky+. The Sky Store gift on us isn't available. Anyone else found this please?

Phone Sky and get your account fixed

 

Sky Plus was not affected by the issue so no reason to compensate those users
