For nearly a week I cannot get BBC1, 2, Channel 4 and BT Sports1. It appeared again briefly on Saturday buut has gone again. We have retuned the channels and restarted our Sky+ box. Any suggestions please?

In all probability, it's an issue with your dish or LNB. You'll need to contact Sky and book an engineer.

Incidentally, there is no retuning method on a Sky+HD box.

Thank you for replying. We live in a flat with a communal dish. Sky always tell us to contact the landlord as we have no individual dish so I will do that. 🙂
