We have recently moved house, from SE to NW of the UK. We have changed the address linked to our Sky account, but we are still seeing BBC SE news. How do we get this changed so that we now see BBC NW local news please?

Try performing a New Install this may force the Post Code change down to your viewing card, if that does not work you'll have to contact Sky to get it sorted out
