Hi,

I am paying for Sky Signature, Sky Sports - Complete Pack, Sky Sports HD, Sky HD

Yet when trying to watch any Sky Sports channels I get this message on my Sky+ box:
"Find out how to upgrade your subscription to get this channel at skyviewinghelp.com"

Please can anyone help me? There is no online help for this message and skyviewinghelp.com doesn't exist.
