Hi,

I am paying for Sky Signature, Sky Sports - Complete Pack, Sky Sports HD, Sky HD

Yet when trying to watch any Sky Sports channels I get this message on my Sky+ box:
"Find out how to upgrade your subscription to get this channel at skyviewinghelp.com"

Please can anyone help me? There is no online help for this message and skyviewinghelp.com doesn't exist.

Has Eurosport been taken over by TNT Sport? French Open tennis always came on Eurosport. I am already paying Sky Digital £106.50 and if I cannot get French Open tennis I would like to cancel my subscription.

@Tennis1 yes Eurosport in uk and Ireland has merged with TNT so if you want to watch French open you require a tnt sports subscription

providing you aren't in contract for any sky tv subscription you are free to call sky and give 31 days notice to cancel
