Eurosport recordings.messed up

Been a week since my last email to Sky, still heard nothing back, maybe they've given up on us.

Still having things disappear from my planner almost every day, and snooker keeps turning up randomly. On the positive side I've discovered that I can download Eurosport shows even though I don't have a download subscription, so that's a handy if slow backup.

Just thought I'd point out a small error in the EPG. Friday's skiing is listed as the men's team parallel, but it is in fact the mixed team parallel.

The original problem is still occuring for me but seemingly less frequently, I think it was only once or twice last week.

Anyone else heard from Sky recently? It's been well over a week since I got my "message received" email .

I've stopped getting duplicate recordings of cycle events now that I've rebooted the main Q box.
