Not to watch live TV as that comes from the dish. Obviously, you wouldn't have access to Catch Up / On Demand etc

It's not even letting me to tv guide, without Wi-Fi . The sales man didn't tell me this

If you want On Demand then Wif-Fi is not the best option IMO, you can use Ethernet (Cat5/6/7 Cables)

What's the error message? You don't need a broadband connection for access to the TV Guide.

 

Edited to add: you've posted on the Sky+ forum. You do have Sky+?

@Annie+UK  Was thinking the same,sounds like sky glass, which would need a connection to setup
