I keep having to reschedule series recordings as they get cancelled each time it records an episode. This isn't on every programme just some. Please can you let me know how to resolve this?

You mean the scheduled recordings fail? If so, highlight a failed recording in your Planner and press i on your remote. The failure,reason will be shown on screen.
