Hi
I can't understand what do you mean by getting an engineer first of all what is the problem with my Sky TV ? This is out of order I need to speak to someone you can't cut off my sky TV !!
what I am paying you for !

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.
It's quite simple. Do you have Sky+ or Sky Q?

You said your Sky isn't receiving a satellite signal. That usually means a problem with your dish or cabling.
Sky haven't cut you off.
As you have an old Sky+ system, Sky won't send an engineer, as per the response you've already received, so there's no point speaking to them.
You're paying to receive Sky TV. The equipment you use to receive it is yours and isn't supported by Sky.
