Re: Customer service telephone number
You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.
It's quite simple. Do you have Sky+ or Sky Q?
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging

You said your Sky isn't receiving a satellite signal. That usually means a problem with your dish or cabling.
Sky haven't cut you off.
As you have an old Sky+ system, Sky won't send an engineer, as per the response you've already received, so there's no point speaking to them.
You're paying to receive Sky TV. The equipment you use to receive it is yours and isn't supported by Sky.

This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you're not talking to Sky support, you forum ID is not connected to your Sky account so noone could phone you if they wanted to
You have to phone Sky the cannot phone you via a forum request

@Salehahmed77 Sky won't contact you in response to your post. They don't know who you are, or your contact details. You can, however, contact them.
