Connecting to movies

I am not able to connect to sky movies, message saying connect to broadband

From your Sky+ box? Is your Sky box connected to your broadband service?

Appears to be an ongoing issue since yesterday not only with Movies but many programmes from yesterday not available yet on BBC or Channel 4 etc

Getting same error message cannot connect to broadband but have recently upgraded my hub to the latest version.Nothing wrong with my wifi and internet is working fine so appears to be another glitch for tech team to work on which they never seem to be completely able to resolve.

Also recontracted my current package for another 18 months yesterday as was about to change to Glass when the lady I spoke to for over an hour talked me through all the pitfalls and was extremely honest with me which is very refreshing.

Given Sky has stated publicly they will no longer be updating Sky+ HD, that may be unlikely.

They are not repairing boxes but everything else should be working as usual.Its obviously a tech issue like before with programmes not being loaded.
