Connecting Sky+HD box to a Bose 600 soundbar

Hello, I have a setting up question about the Bose 600 Soundbar, which I am thinking of buying.

My existing set up consists of a Sony smart TV (which has an unused e/ARC HDMI port), into which my Sky +HD box and Blu ray player are connected via 2 x HDMI leads.

I also have an old Sony surround system and is set up as follows:

The TV is connected to this via digital optical cable

The Sky +HD box is connected to this via a digital optical cable

The Blu ray player is connected to this via a digital coaxial cable.

So, what is the best way to connect up the TV, Sky +HD box and Blu ray player to the soundbar, which only has 1 x e?ARC HDMI port and 1 x digital optical port?

Do I leave the HDMI connections as they are, unplug all the optical and coaxial cables and then just have one HDMI connection from the TV to the soundbar via HDMi eARC?

Or do I also need to connect the Sky +HD box and Blu ray player to the 600 Soundbar?

Sorry for the length of the question.

I would suggest either:

1.  connect your soundbar via the eARC socket, leaving your Sky box and DVD player connected to the other HDMI ports (you might get sound syncing issues with this)

Or

2. leave the Sky box and DVD player connected to the HDMI ports and connect an optical cable from your TV to your soundbar
