If your Sky+HD box has a WPS button on the front panel, press it and press the WPS button on your router within 30 seconds or so.

Are you asking how to do this?

If it's a model without the WPS button which @Mark39 refers to then it doesn't have WiFi built-in*, and you'll either need to use an ethernet cable (if your box has an ethernet port) or source a second-hand Sky Mini Wireless Connector: these are available on eBay for a few pounds but you'd have to determine which of the two versions (USB or ethernet) is appropriate.

Unfortunately historic advice about buying a second-hand late model Sky+ HD box with onboard WiFi is no longer correct because Sky has stopped permitting the pairing of existing viewing cards with such hardware.

* Sky+ HD models with built-in WiFi have a 'W' in the model name
