As a Platimum Customer (currently out of contract) I am being offered Sky Signature,Broadband and Pay as you talk for £57.50/mth. Online there is an offer (for new customers) for Sky Essentials, Broadband and Pay as you talk for £30/mth. What are the differences that justify almost double the cost? If I change the Broadband provider can I retain my Sky email address?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky Essentials gives you only the free to air satellite channels, such as you would receive with a non-Sky satellite receiver.
The Signature package gives you all of Sky's non-premium entertainment such as Sky Atlantic, Sky One, etc. as well as the free to air channels.
You can keep your Sky Yahoo Mail email address, providing you continue to log in regularly.

Ive just had my price increase letter which has put my toatl price up by £9 a monthyet if i was a new customer i could get the same package for £10 less then i am paying now pre price increase, i am a platinum customer having been with sk for over 20 years and feel this is disgusting surely your current customers should be getting the same price as new customers? I feel that the current customers are basically paying for the deals you are offering new customers which is atrocious!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sara+Bryant we're customers here. You might wish to raise a complaint with Sky. Practically all providers incentivise prospective customers with good prices- you probably benefited from a cheap deal yourself when you joined.
You can still give Sky a call and see if they'll offer you a deal.

I have Sky Essentials. Its the only way I could keep my fibre bb at 40 euro.
I am looking for and I can't get a channell list.
I can't get Ch4,E4,More4, or Film4
I can get E4 extra and Film 4 +1.
Can somebody point me to a channell list for the ROI users
Thankd
