Channel 731 not working but all other channels are coming

I have a sky+ HD box and all the free channels are working except channel 731, MTA world. Would someone be able to point me in the right direction to fix this issue

If NTA isn't working you may also be missing

 

507 - NHK World HD

518 - Arirang TV

709 - ZEE TV HD

 

If so you will need an engineer visit.
