HD is my default as I subscribe to the HD package so if you don't I presume yours is set to SD ?

Mine is default HD and it is normally downloads on SD when the channel isn't free HD. Until this series, it's been working thus and it also works on every other channel! 

 

I've changed my default to SD download and now I can download them straightaway. Annoying! I will change it back and see if this fixes the problem. Thank you for your help.
